She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin Cauble and Maggie Earnhardt Cauble; her husband William Howard McCombs; her daughter Christy McCombs Yoe; and her siblings, Ray C. Cauble, Beulah Rufty, Esther Seaford, Margie Abernathy, Pearl Reavis, Mildred Rufty, Myrtle Ketchie, Hazel Hill and Ruth Sloop.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon McCombs Deal (Jerry) of Mt. Ulla and Peggy McCombs Artz (Danny) of Rockwell; her grandchildren, Steven Yates (Jessica), Dustin Artz (Audrey) and Haley Yoe Shaffer (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Mattie, Grant, Luke and Eleanor.
