She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery J. Partee, II and Agnes Howard Partee. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Brown; her stepdaughter Wendy Brown of Augusta, GA; her grandson Brian S. Brown; her siblings, James "Tony" Partee (Deborah) of Colfax, NC and Delores Saulters of Pasco, WA; and her sisters-in-law, Mamie Partee of Brooklyn, NY and Jeraldine Partee of Stoneville, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
