He was predeceased by: his parents, Offie B. Tew, Jr. and Alma Butler Tew. He is survived by: his wife Junette B. Tew; his children, Offie B. Tew, IV of Salemburg and Kimberly V. Howell (Preston) of Dunn; his grandson Trent Mallard (Taylor Barefoot); and his siblings, Jean B. Spell of Salemburg and Wayne Tew (Jane) of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
