She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Garland and Thelma Earle Holland Parker; her husband Bobby Lee Tew; and her sister Helen Rose Barker. She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Bellamy of Clinton, Ann Parker of Salemburg and Frankie Tyndall (Billy) of Raleigh; and her sister-in-law Betty Hoots of High Point. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
