She was predeceased by: her parents, Offie Blueford and Alma Butler Tew; and her brother Benny Tew. She is survived by: her children, Eric Jason Spell of Raleigh and Natalie Henderson (Sam) of Raleigh; her grandsons, Alec Henderson and Colin Henderson; her brother Wayne Tew (Jane Claire) of Clinton; and her sister-in-law Junette B. Tew of Salemburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
