She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stewart and Mary Lillie Cox Howard; her husband Sanford Scott Price; and her sisters, Mary Lois Harrison and Elizabeth Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Sanford Scott Price, Jr. (Sophia Price), Howard Nelson Price (Laura Peek) and Jan Price Hylton (Jim Hylton); and her sisters, Isabel Gist, Betsy Breckenridge and Jean Taylor. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Howard-Cooper Scholarship fund.
