With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Albert Hensley Sr. of Salemburg, North Carolina, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Earnestine Meek Hensley; his wife Vivian Sue Tackett Hensley; and his siblings, Larry Allen Hensley and Deborah Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Mylissia Jane Mowl (Timothy) of Tennessee, Georgie Ann Hensley, Misty Hensley Corbett (Thomas) of Salemburg and Gary Albert Hensley, Jr. (Bridgett) of Ammon; his sister Paula J. Myers (Donnie) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Gary Adkins of Tennessee. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
