He is survived by: his son Torrey Barefoot (Julie); his grandsons, Corbin and Vince of Raleigh, NC; his sister-in-law Eva Barefoot of Newton Grove; his cousins, Gary Barefoot of Spivey's Corner and Kay Warwick of Roseboro; his niece Beverly Tysinger (Kenny) of Clinton; and his nephew Steve Williams (Jean) of Raleigh, NC..
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Union Grove Baptist Church (395 Vander Rd, Salemburg, NC 28385). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
