He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bruce and Betty Royal Horne; and his brother Larry Horne. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McPhail Horne; his sons, Jeremy R. Horne (Tiffany) and Jason M. Horne (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Landon Carter, Hunter Horne and Peyton Horne; and his siblings, Mike Horne and Lisa Horne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
