He was predeceased by: his parents, Crafton D. Bass and Ruby Jones Bass. He is survived by: his wife Brenda DeLancey Bass; his sons, Bryan Keith Bass (Heather) of Roseboro, Kevin Vance Bass (Sylvia) of Salemburg and Christopher Philip Bass (Jackie) of Salemburg; his grandchildren, Courtney Bass, Caitlyn Bass, Caden Bass, Hayleigh Bass, Skyler Miller, Landen Miller, Amelya Bass, Charlotte Bass and Joshua Bass; and his siblings, Marilyn Lovell of Leland, Carol Ann Adair (Russ) of Fayetteville, Cheryl Embry (Bill) of Roseboro and David Bass (Bobby Parker) of Cornelius. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
