William Blackmon Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blackmon and Pauline Blackmon; and his siblings, Rayvon Stone and Diane Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Blackmon; his children, Jennifer Blackmon-Smith (Thomas), Franklin "Ace" Blackmon (Jennifer) and Matthew Blackmon; his grandchildren, Bryson Blackmon-Smith, Braylee Blackmon-Smith, Khloe Blackmon and Colton Blackmon; his close friends, James Blackmon (Frances), Charles Blackmon (Janet) and Billy Blackmon (Penny); his sister Margaret Matthews; his uncle Frankie; and also Duke. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren, he also leaves behind his brothers.
