He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy William Fields and Elois Allen Fields. He is survived by: his close friend Robin Blount; his siblings, Mary McDonald (Hooker), Harold Fields (Peggy) and Jerry Fields (Debbie); his close friends, Terry and Diane Jones; and also, Heather Blount (Joseph), Wren Rice (David), Denise Dodson (Robert) and Amber Estela.
