He was predeceased by: his father Amos Locklear; his brother David Locklear; his niece Hannah Locklear; and his nephew Daniel Locklear. He is survived by: his siblings, Mitchell Locklear "Chocolate" (Paula) of Shannon, Juanita Jones (Jimmy) of Stedman and Cathy McDuffie (Wayne) of St. Pauls; his sister-in-law Velma Locklear of St. Pauls; and his extended family, Pete, Lois and Jackie Lowery. He is also survived by two nephews and 8 nieces and many great nephews and nieces.
