He is survived by: his children, Paul Emanuel, Jr. of Washington, DC, Sannie Chenel Emanuel of Saint Pauls and William Emanuel of Ivanhoe, NC; the mother of his children Mary Delois Emanuel; and his siblings, Eugene Emanuel, James Fuller Emanuel of Saint Pauls, H. Ray Emanuel of Franklin, TN, Lonnie Emanuel of Clinton, NC, Annie Pearl Ivey of Saint Pauls, Alice Harrell of Saint Pauls, Mary Hammonds of Saint Pauls, Janis Emanuel of Saint Pauls and Brenda Berdeau of Saint Pauls. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
