She is survived by: her children, Glenda Faye Barfield, Joan Patricia Jacobs (Roy Jacobs), Gwen Hammonds and Tony James Hammonds; her siblings, Margaret Murray and Donald Jacobs; her grandchildren, Cassandra Jacobs, Raegan Jacobs, Desiree Dawn Clark, Megan Garlanda Clark, Misty Locklear (Randy) and Rodney Hammonds (Shannon); and her great grandchildren, Chesney Reyes, Samira Jacobs, Mikala Jacobs, Michael Donavon Strickland, Lakota Locklear, Stephanie Locklear, Andrew Locklear, Matthew Locklear, Geraldine Jacobs, Joseph Lee Jacobs, Adam J. Hammonds and Tabanche Hammonds. She is also survived by 10 Great-Great Grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
