She is survived by: her children, Penny Oxendine Caulder (William), Earl Oxendine (Rose) of Red Springs, Bill Oxendine of Red Springs and Foy Jr. Oxendine (Mandy) of Fayettevile; and her sisters, Mary Jones of Rennert and Rose Pate of Fairmont. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
