He is survived by: his sons, David Brandon Hammonds of Mooresville, NC and Brian Christopher Hammonds (Stephanie) of Goldhill, NC; his siblings, Angie Locklear (Earlie), Lorelle Locklear (Nelson), Johnnie Hammonds (Diane) of Pembroke, NC and Donnie Hammonds (Amy) of Lumberton, NC; and his grandchildren, Caleb Marsden, Kyleigh Adler and Sophia Hammonds. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
