He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Budd, Sr. (Wilton) and Emma Hagin Budd; his sister Brenda Budd McMillan; and his daughter Heather Budd. He is survived by: his wife Annette Usher Budd; his children, Amy Budd Patterson (Lee) of Fayetteville, NC and Steven James Budd of Derwood, MD; his granddaughters, Emma and Cara Patterson; his sisters, Mary Helen Budd Hall (Robin) of Bolivia, NC and Diane Budd Atkinson (Andy) of Fayetteville, NC; his aunt Barbara Lamm of Red Springs, NC.; and his caregivers, Deena, Michelle, Tasha and Atrail. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
