George Skipper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Skipper (Saint Pauls, North Carolina), born in McColl, South Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Skipper and Annie Ruth Shelley Skipper; his brother Jesse Skipper; and his nephew Jeremy Skipper. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Michelle Taylor Skipper of St. Pauls, NC; his sons, Jonathan Skipper (Meredith) of Laurinburg, NC, Hubert "Bud" Skipper (Paige) of Bennettsville, SC and Phillip Skipper (Courtney) of Bennettsville, SC; his sisters, Lynda Grooms (William) of McColl, SC, Debbie Tobias of McColl, SC and Peggy Scruggs (Chris) of Piedmont, SC; his grandchildren, Laney Cullipher, Hailey Skipper, Sealey Skipper and Khloe Skipper; his mother-in-law Gladys Taylor; his sisters-in-law, Kristie Taylor, Tanya Underwood and Betty Skipper; and his former wife Dottie Webster Cato. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
