She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada M. Walters and Currie Pate (Walter B. Norton); and her son Jerry W. Norton. She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Norton (Lorraine), Patricia N. Butler (Howard), Catherine Beni (Joseph) and Sharon N. Martin (Marvin). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many dear friends.
