She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Osborne Sr.; her daughter Susan Williams (Dewann) of St. Pauls; her grandson Montreal Melvin (Ashleigh) of St. Pauls; her great grandchildren, Jacobi and Cameron Melvin; her grandson Lamonte Melvin (Amber) of Pembroke; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Graysen Melvin and Aniylah Owens; her daughter Kimberly McNair (Sylvester) of Rennert; her grandchildren, Lukus Osborne of Germany and Derihanna McNair of Rennert; her son Kenneth Jr. Osborne (Angela) of Beulaville; her granddaughter Katillia Young (Phillip) of New Bern; her great grandchildren, Brentlon, Isabella and Doris; her grandson Ethan Osborne of Beulaville, Her; her siblings, Wanda Locklear (Sam) of Rennert, Patricia Jackson of St. Pauls, Kay Streight of St. Pauls, Sandra Locklear of St. Pauls, Her, Fred Whitman (Doris) of Wilmington, Jack Culpepper (Debbie) of Virginia and Deland Locklear of St. Pauls; and her close friends, Pat and Lenny Smith of Dublin. She is also survived by 11 nieces, 18 nephews, 35 great nieces and 19 great nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint Pauls Funeral Home (565 W McLean St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Westview Pentecostal Holiness Church (467 E Great Marsh Church Rd, St Pauls, NC 28384).
