He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Mac Baker and Ada Willis Baker; his wife Paulette S. Baker; and his brothers, Lonnie E. Baker, John M. Baker, James F. Baker, Woodrow W. Baker and Luther N. Baker.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Baker of St. Pauls and Eric Baker of Lumberton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNeill Legacy Funeral Home (319 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery (6041 Butler Nursery Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28306).
