He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lindsey and Mearl Monroe; and his brothers, Richard Wayne Monroe and Clarence (Monroe). He is survived by: his wife Donna C. Monroe; his daughters, Sarah Durden (Frank) of St. Pauls and Becky Willoughby (Justin) of St. Pauls; his sister Joyce Goza of Edneyville, NC; and his grandchildren, Waylen, Avery and Layla.
