He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Elkins (Sidney Elkins) and Brenda Newsom (John Newsom); his grandchildren, Joshua Herring, Andrew Herring, Sarah Ulrich and Audrey Ulrich; and his sisters, Sue Neil Blystone and Bonnie Davis.
