He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Driggers and Laura Kinlaw; his daughter Tracy Cherie Driggers; his sister Cathy Walters; and his former wife Cheryl Hendrix.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Driggers; his children, Billy Driggers Jr. (Claudette), Beth Henderson (Randy), Nikki Roberts (Ed) and Stephanie Molovinsky; and his brothers, Chuck Walters and Ron Walters (Audrey). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
