She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alford Odom and Annie Lee Hamilton Odom; her husband Gene Lewis; and her sister Bonnie Pate. She is survived by: her son Harold Gene Lewis; her siblings, Willie Carl Odom (Shirley), Nora Smith, Ruby Johnson, Mary Register, Flora Fisher and Francis Blackmon (James); and her grandchildren, Brandi Brown (Jason), Shannon Jacobson (Patrick), Reggie Parnell (Amber) and Jessica Fields (Carl). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Great Marsh Baptist Church (270 E Great Marsh Church Rd, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
