She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Conner; her husband Charles "Shot" Hensley; her son Robert "Bob" Hensley; and her siblings, Clyde Conner, Claude Conner, Sam Conner, David Conner, Tellis Conner, Martin Conner, Kay Conner, Annie Sue Searcy, Lillian Rector and Cynthia Brenn.
She is survived by: her parent Dottie Murphy Conner; her daughter Ellen H. Flynn (Hugh) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Becky H. McKelvey (Tommy) of Rutherfordton and Ronnie E. Hensley (Renee) of Rutherfordton; her great grandchildren, Michelle H. Davis of Kannapolis, NC, Zachary McKelvey of Rutherfordton, Bradley K. Hensley (Kendra) of Greensboro, NC and Courtney H. Houser (Clint) of Rutherfordton; and her sister Oneda C. Camp.
