He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Blake Hartley; his children, Kevin Hartley of Burlington, MA, Brad Hartley of Tellico Plains, TN and Catherine Marie Hartley of North Creek, NY; his stepsons, Christopher Willard (Dr), Laurel Willard of Calgary and Jonathan Willard (Nicole); his siblings, James Hartley (Irene) of Greentown, IN and Brenda Langer (Vernon) of Godfrey, IL; and his brother-in-law Edward Blake (Mary) of Mooretown, VT.
