He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ronald (Bill) and Audrey Lorene Dotson (Maze). He is survived by: his sister Kathryn Sue Smith (Gregory); and his nieces and nephews, Katie Smith-Frank (Troy), Brandy Smith (Bran Flakes), Lindly Leischner (Larry), Nicholas and Michael Taylor. He is also survived by many family members including other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
