He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Edwin Westbrook and Averee Davis Westbrook; his wife Myra Jean McCain Westbrook; and his siblings, Lyle Edward Westbrook (Linda) and Joan Westbrook Walker (Charles).
He is survived by: his children, Myra Westbrook Horonzy (Thomas), Wayne Dee Westbrook (Susan) and Amy Adelia Wilmoth (Scott); and his grandchildren, Alicia, Mariah, David, Ashlyn and Reeves.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McMahan's Funeral Home (249 S Main St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel (249 S Main St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
