Viola Sprinkle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 89, Viola Sprinkle of Rutherfordton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Edgar and Alice Lee Holland; her husband Harry Clay Sprinkle; her sons, Clay Sprinkle and Donald Sprinkle; her sister Wilma Ables; and her granddaughter Crystal Bristol.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Coffey and Janet Roach; her grandchildren, Kimberly Parsons (Jason), Amy Smith (Chris), Brooke Blanton (Andy), Clay Sprinkle, Jr., Tiffany Sprinkle, Wesley Roach (Taylor) and Ashley Roach (Dave); her great grandchildren, Amber Jump (Jake), Dallas Bristol, Nick Parsons, Drew Blanton, Carter Blanton, Mason Smith, Gage Lee, Miranda Lee, Hayden Lee and Maxwell Roach; her great great grandchildren, Jaxxston and Korbin Jump; and her brother Rev. Ray Holland (Gloria). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special family friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crowe's Mortuary (118 College Ave, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Holly Springs Baptist Church (181 Oak Springs Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
