He was predeceased by: his father James. He is survived by: his wife Faye Hollifield Webb; his children, Terry Brown (Wes), Robin Deck (Mike), Vickie Splawn (Robert) and Michael Dwayne Street (Joanna); and his siblings, Jimmy Webb and Linda Webb. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
