It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Sloan (Rutherfordton, North Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Brooks; his children, Charles Alexander Godwin II and Michael Anderson Godwin; his siblings, Ronnie Sloan and Betty Jean Sanders; and his aunt Evelyn.
He is survived by: his parent Sidney Calvert Sloan; his spouse Priscilla Elaine Sloan; and his children, Deborah Elaine Godwin, Robin Michelle Miller (Chuck), Donald Charles Godwin (Sheila), Theresa Sloan Robinson (Jerry), Doris Lynnette Sloan, Cydney Brooks Sloan and Katherine Marian McClure (Michael).
