He was predeceased by: his parents, Cledith Green and Violet Halstead Green; and his siblings, Timmy Green and Sherry Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Christine Moore Green; his children, Summer Shuford (Andrew) of Rock Creek, Charlene Moore (Garrett) of Elk Park, Jessica Buchanan (Corby) of Elk Park and Rick Seevers (Robin) of Newport, Ohio; his brothers, Chuck Green (Debbie) of Marietta and Jamie Green (Heidi) of Burnsville; and his grandchildren, Kayli, Alaina (Tanner), Emily (Travis), Julie (Timmy), Kerry (Skyler) and Gunner. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
The family would like to thank all the staff at both Rutherford Regional Hospital and Hospice of the Carolina Foothills for the wonderful care given to Terry and requests memorial donations be made to hospice at 374 Hudlow Road, Forest City, NC 28043.
