With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steve W. Thompson of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vernon Tompson and Myrtle Edwards Thompson; and his sister Delores Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Thompson, Caden Thomspon and Caleb Thompson; his brother Weldon Thompson (Tina); and his nephew Chris Smith (Nicole). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
