He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Franklin Snider and Elizabeth Beeker Snider; and his sisters, Janet Wellmon and LaDean Fritts. He is survived by: his wife Loyce Ramsey Snider; the mother of his children Vivian McKinney Greiner; his children, Pamela Blocker (Butch) of Brunswick, GA and Stephen Snider (Heidi) of Pineville; and his stepdaughter Christy Houser (Steven) of Rutherfordton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to The House of Deliverance, 5840 Bostic Sunshine Highway, Bostic, NC 28018.
