She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Hoover and Lillie Queen Hoover; her husband Roland Arrowood; her son James Michael Arrowood; and her siblings, Sue Sigmon, Faye Hunter, Grace Gurley, Herbert Hoover and Dean Hoover.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan A. Walker (Tommy Walker) of Rutherfordton; her siblings, Janice Henley of Lake James and Max Hoover of Greenville; her grandchildren, Jamie Walker (Gretchen) of Gastonia and Ashley DeLapp (Mark) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Sutton, Schafer DeLapp, Matthew Walker (Emily) and Alex Miner (David); and her great great grandchild Samuel Miner. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandson.
