He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Martin Foote and Marilyn Sue Wright Foote; and his son Adam Foote. He is survived by: his wife Denice Yelton Foote; his children, Melissa Edwards (Christopher) of Ellenboro, Heather Bennett (Steven) of Rutherfordton and William Hardin of Ellenboro; his brothers, Mark Foote of Montana, Doug Foote (Barbara) of Montana and Matt Foote of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jacob Foote, Taylor Hardin, Alexis Crowder (Steven), Mackenzie Edwards, Morgan Hardin, Madison Bennett of Willow Hardin, C. J, Parker Foote, Russell Bennett, Kenlee Edwards and Makaela Foote.
