He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Justice McCluney; his sisters, Gail Hammett of Rutherfordton and Magel Casey of Charlotte; and his parent Reba McCluney. He is survived by: his sons, Justin T. McCluney of Rutherfordton and Jeremiah S. McCluney of Rutherfordton; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Sawyer, Elizabeth, Miah and Doc.
