He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Bailey and Lois Hines Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Greene Bailey; and his sisters, Ann Snyder of Rutherfordton, NC, Mary Belle Hinson of Ellenboro, NC and Carolyn Souther of Ellenboro, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crowe's Mortuary (118 College Ave, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Crowe's Funeral Chapel (118 College Ave, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery (1810 Poors Ford Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
