He was predeceased by: his parents, Worth F. Bland and Frances B. Bland. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his son Jonathan; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Head and Mollie Stancil (Charlie); his nieces, Kim Johnson and Holly Walsh (Kirin); and his great-niece Emory Walsh.
