She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Huskins and Dovie Sparks Huskins; her husband Elton Jay Landis Sr.; and her son Elton "Jay" Landis Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Bessie Smith (George), Cathy Hicks, Wanda Hill (Mark), Donna Mooring (Frank) and Wade Landis (Janie); her sister Hazel Mashburn; her grandchildren, Billy Smith, Travis Smith, Robert Landis, Leigh Pearson, Jason Keever, Joseph Keever, Brad Hill, Jeremy Hill, Gregory Hill, Heath Landis, Ethan Landis, Anna Reaper, Sarah Landis, Lindsay Roddy, Jared Mayse, Joshua Mooring, Gage Mooring and Bryson Mooring; and her son-in-law James Hicks. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
