She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Greene and Hester Conner Greene; her husband Rex Weast; and her siblings, Furman, Leroy, William, Charles Greene and Lucille Dobbins.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Johnson (Bobby) of Forest City, Elizabeth "Lib" Ledbetter (Dewitt) of Forest City and Frank Weast of Rutherfordton; her grandchildren, Sherrie Moore (Jay), Christy Cooper and Michael Ledbetter; and her pet Tom. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her beloved pet.
Memorial donations are requested to Harrelson Funeral Home, 1251 US Highway 221A, Forest City, NC 28043 to help defray funeral costs.
