She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Morrow and Odester Banning Morrow; her husband George Edward Taylor, Sr.; her brothers, Robert and Leonard Morrow; and her grandson Josh Rippy.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Taylor Schmitt (James) of Forest City, Lisa Biddy (Terry) of Rutherfordton and George Edward Taylor, Jr. (Lynn) of Gilkey; and her grandchildren, Chasity Toney (Travis), Bobbie Gilbert (Melinda), Shirley Gilbert, Samantha Greene, April White (Earl), Edward Taylor III, Brittany Taylor, William Shane Taylor, Nikki Gonsaldes, Heather Harris (Pat), Charity Dobbins (Carl), Justin Rippy and Jeremy Rippy. She is also survived by thirty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
