He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; and his sister Nancy Keef. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Cole Fox (Kyle) of Rutherfordton, Paul Campbell Cole of Charlotte and Bruce Cole of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
