She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Mathis and Ruth Guffey Mathis. She is survived by: her husband Dudley; her children, Nikki Burgo and T. J. Dunbar (Kim); her grandchildren, Brittany Burgo, Gwen Capps, Avery Capps and Skylar Burgo; her great grandchildren, Keyani and Brionna Bush; and her sisters, Peggy Hamrick and Gail Parton (Doug). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
The family request that social distancing and the wearing of facial coverings be observed.
