She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Blackwell and Alma Ledford Blackwell; her husband Bobo E. Ensley; her son Eddie Ensley; her grandson Daniel Ensley II; and her siblings, John Daniel, Henry, Kenneth Blackwell and Texie Blackwell.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ensley (Hattie) of Taylorsville, Daniel Ensley (Barbara) of Rutherfordton, Frank Ensley (Tammy) of Gilkey, Ricky Ensley (TG) of Harris, David Ensley of Shiloh and Linda Ensley (Cecil Sipes) of Fallston; her brother Theron Blackwell, Jr. (Nancy) of Jonesville; and her daughter-in-law Susan Ensley of Mill Spring. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
