She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Johnson and Alicia Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hawver; her children, Todd Hawver (Tracy), Rhonda Hills, Jerry Hawver, Randy Hawver (Pam) and Brandi Burns (Phillip); her siblings, Elizabeth Viterelli, Debi Johnson and Tim Johnson; and her pet Control. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or charity in her memory.
