He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Carpenter and Phyllis Ann Land Hoover; and his stepfather Allen Hoover. He is survived by: his siblings, Arlene Hoover of Nolanville, Alan Hoover (Melissa) of Henrietta and Vivian Parker (Tim) of Henrietta; and his nieces and nephews, Allen Parker, David Hoover (Sandra), Jennifer Parker (Josh) and Sara Hoover.
