He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "Tim" Jolley and Marie Jolley; his son Terry Jolley; and his brothers, John Jolley (Frances) and James Jolley (Joyce).
He is survived by: his wife Joan H. Jolley; his children, Michael Jolley (Holly) of Green Creek, Emily Eubanks (Glenn) of Green Creek and Monica Williams (Matthew) of Inman, SC; his sisters, Margaret Yelton (Hoyt) of Rutherfordton, Hazel McDade of Rutherfordton, Linda Byers (David) of Rutherfordton and Gail Morris (Donald) of Rutherfordton; and his great grandchild Kiffen McDade. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
